We are a business-to-business services firm; we do not sell products or services to consumers, and we do not sell personal information.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide directly

1.3 Information processed on behalf of clients
When we operate communication platforms for clients (for example, contact center or messaging infrastructure), we may process call detail records, message metadata, and end-user contact data strictly as a service provider/processor under the client's instructions and the applicable data processing agreement. We do not use such data for our own purposes.

3. Legal Bases and Business Purpose
We process personal information only where we have a legitimate basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, our legitimate business interests (operating and securing a B2B services business), compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where explicitly given.
