We design, build, and operate mission-critical communication platforms — voice, messaging, and AI systems — at national scale. Our systems carry 10M+ transactions daily, support 500+ agent seats, and serve 4,000+ active users in production.
The firm is led by an engineer with 20+ years in telecoms and VoIP architecture, with an MSc in Business Project Management from the University of Hull. That combination matters: protocol-level depth on one side, disciplined delivery and procurement fluency on the other.
We deliberately stay out of the consumer and SMB market. Our work is evaluated by engineering leads, CTOs, and procurement teams — so everything we publish is written to survive that review.
